Every Friday
Vajra Hall Buddha

An active and receptive devotional practice involving the whole person – body, speech and mind – the Going for Refuge and Prostration Practice is one of the five mula yogas practised within the Triratna Buddhist Order. It is taught only to those who are ordained or seeking ordination into the Order.

About the Friday lunchtime sessions in the Vajra Hall

Arthavadin, Satyamuni or sometimes another experienced Order Member, lead these sessions. Mitras who have requested ordination are welcome to come along if they are interested in training in this practice or have already taken it up and want to practise it alongside others in a collective context.

If you are interested in experiencing and possibly taking up the Going For Refuge and Prostration Practice here, please contact Arthavadin (men) on ku.gr1508194551o.ert1508194551nects1508194551ihddu1508194551brets1508194551ehcna1508194551m@nid1508194551avaht1508194551ra1508194551 or Satyamuni (women) on moc.l1508194551iamg@1508194551hd.in1508194551umayt1508194551as1508194551 to discuss what’s involved.

Order Members who already regularly engage in this practice or who wish to take it up are also welcome.

Monday and Wednesday sessions

The Vajra Hall is also kept available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4.45 to 5.45 pm for more experienced practitioners with the confidence to engage in the practice alone or with others who are similarly experienced. Arthavadin and / or Satyamuni will lead these sessions when they can.
