Radical Change: Learning to be Free!

A public talk given by Sona at Manchester Buddhist Centre on 28th April 2012

Sona spends much of his time teaching mindfulness. He teaches people how to work with difficulties such as pain – whether physical, mental or emotional – illness and stress.

Here he explores how we can make real, even radical, changes to how we live through waking up to life – right here, right now – with awareness.

By using mindfulness and positive emotion we can let go of the things we really don’t need, including fixed views, so we can experience a greater degree of liberation and freedom.
