Radical Change: Learning to be Free!

A pub­lic talk given by Sona at Manchester Buddhist Centre on 28th April 2012

Sona spends much of his time teach­ing mind­ful­ness. He teaches people how to work with dif­fi­culties such as pain — whether phys­ical, men­tal or emo­tional — ill­ness and stress.

Here he explores how we can make real, even rad­ical, changes to how we live through wak­ing up to life — right here, right now — with awareness.

By using mind­ful­ness and pos­it­ive emo­tion we can let go of the things we really don’t need, includ­ing fixed views, so we can exper­i­ence a greater degree of lib­er­a­tion and freedom.
