Mitra Study

This is a three year study pro­gramme requir­ing con­sid­er­able com­mit­ment. It is for mitras and you would need to have com­pleted the found­a­tion course first.

Mitra is a Sanskrit word mean­ing friend. In this con­text, a mitra is someone who is act­ively involved in activ­it­ies within the Friends of the West­ern Buddhist Order, and who intends to con­tinue prac­tising the Dharma in this community.
