About the walks
Walks usually take place on the first weekend of each month. We hope most will be available to the widest range of abilities and, where possible, accessible by public transport from Manchester.
You don’t need to register or book, just turn up either at the walk start or the train station. Partners, children and pets are very welcome to come with you — just bear in mind that some of the walks may not be suitable for small children.
Do get in touch if you have a walk you’d like to lead!
Walking guidelines
Please ensure that you have some comfortable walking boots or sturdy trainers, lightweight trousers (jeans are not comfy if it rains) and a waterproof jacket, and that you bring plenty of water and a packed lunch.
