Sailing the worldly winds together

Working with our everyday experience can be one of our greatest challenges

Between Monday 10th and Friday 14th October, the Centre is holding two practice sessions every day based on Vajragupta’s new book, Sailing the Worldly Winds, a down to earth approach to real life issues, described by one of our receptionists as “Easy to read, a real delight. Five out of five stars!”

If you know the two meditation practices we teach, come along and hear a short online talk, different every day, followed by sitting in meditation together — often so much easier in a small friendly group.

  • 1.15 — 2 pm, 5.45 to 6.30 pm
  • Drop-in, no need to book
  • No charge — donations welcome

If you can’t get to the sessions, you can hear the talks online anywhere, and some are already available:

Urban retreat

The sessions are part of the International Urban Retreat, but there is no need to sign up for the whole thing to come to as many or as few as you want
