An oppor­tun­ity to con­nect with the Sangha through con­trib­ut­ing to the centre’s upkeep

Here’s the plan

• arrive at 10.15 for a cuppa
• med­it­ate together, 10.30 — 11am
• work period in small teams — remov­ing win­dow boxes, touch­ing up paint­ing on the ground floor, sum­mer clean — didn’t man­age it in the spring!
• lunch together, bring veget­arian food to share
• bit more work
• 4 — 4.30 pm relax­a­tion and clos­ing ritual to ded­ic­ate our work to bene­fit all beings and help more folk enjoy the beauty of the centre!
