More about Sangha night

Sangha nights are suitable for anyone who has attended a Buddhism level 2 (Going Further with Buddhism) course.

We usually (but not always) have meditation and a little ritual, often in the form of a three-fold puja. If you are new to puja and chanting you can watch, there is no obligation to take part. The evenings are a warm and friendly occasion where newcomers are always welcomed.

Some people eat together before Sangha night, or just have a cup of tea, and you are welcome to join them.
