Description:

A five mile walk around the Hebden Bridge ruins on 24th April

Most months, Buddhists from the Centre get together for a walk in the countryside. We try to make the walks available to the widest range of abilities and accessible by public transport from Manchester.

April’s walk

This month’s walk is a fairly gentle stroll along the canal, through woods and over farmland surrounding Hebden Bridge, passing a number of mill ruins buried deep in the woods.

The walk has some easy uphill sections, nothing too strenuous, and should take no longer than three hours before we return to Hebden to sample one of its many coffee shops.
