Together in spiritual practice

Join us on the last Sunday morning of the month for meditation and chanting, followed by breakfast.

Vanessa, Robin, Martha, Adele and Gill write .…

Many of us experience a different energy and quality when practising as part of a larger Sangha, so we’ve been organising something on a Sunday when the Centre is usually closed.

We start by chanting the Refuges and Precepts and the Dhammapalam Gatha (Verses that Protect the Truth) and then meditating. This lasts about an hour in all.

Don’t worry if you don’t know the words, we print them out. Or they are all in the Triratna Community’s Puja book, available in the centre’s bookshop if you haven’t got a copy.

Practical arrangements

The Centre doors will be open to let you in between 10 and 10.25 am

Simply bring yourselves, an open heart, and food to share for breakfast! Maybe a couple of croissants or rolls, or a carton of juice. We will provide margarine, jams and coffee

We look forward to seeing you
