The second in a series of five not-to-be-missed talks by Nagapriya, Visions of Mahayana Buddhism. The Mahayana is often described as the Great Way, a Buddhist Movement that is said to have re-vitalised Buddhism.

Nagapriya lec­tures on Mahayana Buddhism at Manchester University and has just fin­ished writ­ing a book called Visions of Mahayana Buddhism: Awakening the Universe to Wisdom and Compassion. He is also the author of the very pop­u­lar book Exploring Karma and Rebirth. His latest book will have its launch at the end of this series on 29th June.

How often do you get the chance to listen to someone who has stud­ied Buddhism very extens­ively, and is also a practitioner?
