Description:
Learn about the Buddha’s message, the tools to live by it, and the basics of meditation
Practical arrangements
- Cost of the course does not include lunch. Please bring some vegetarian lunch to share
- Wear comfortable clothes and you may need some socks to keep your feet warm as we take our shoes off to meditate
- Apart from this event, the centre will be closed, so please be sure to get there in good time as reception will not be open throughout the day
