Description:

Art into medi­ation — med­it­a­tion into art

This day will include warm up art exer­cises, med­it­a­tion, body scan and a longer period of art mak­ing. The exer­cises will encour­age play­ful­ness, spon­taneity and reflec­tion to nat­ur­ally unfold.

There is no need to have know­ledge or skills in art mak­ing or med­it­a­tion, just come along and explore your exper­i­ence with these tools. A will­ing­ness to have a go is essential.
