A small informal gathering to deepen your meditation practice, to receive more guidance or to spend an afternoon feeling calmer and more positive
Newcomers who have already learned our two main meditation practices are very welcome. lf
you need to be reminded of the stages during the meditation, that’s fine.
The current pattern of the afternoon is usually:
- 2.30 pm Mindfulness of breathing practice
- 3.10 pm Walking meditation, or sometimes we discuss statements about the dharma,
seeing where we can increase our day to day awareness and compassion - 3.20pm — 4pm Metta bhavana or loving kindness — a way of changing ourselves and our attitudes to others and the world
This is a drop-in
No need to enrol, no need to come every week, come when you can
