We welcome young people to the Centre

Events and classes

  • Young people and teens are welcome at our classes
  • Children are welcome to attend many of our events if accompanied by an adult. Young attention spans may struggle with lengthy periods of meditation though, so please contact us in advance if you are concerned about suitability
  • Keep an eye on the calendar for Buddha Club, a monthly Saturday group for teens, and Seedling Sangha, an occasional group for children and their parents

Resources

  • Learn more about Buddhism through the web with the Clear Vision Trust
  • Tell your school about us and you could come on a visit with your class!
