Thought for the Day

Slate Buddha From time to time, Radio 4’s Today programme carries a Buddhist Thought for the Day

Western Buddhist Order member and local Dharma teacher, Vishvapani, has been contributing wise and compassionate radio reflections for some years now.

If you never hear these little talks or would like to listen again, you can catch them on the BBC website, where you can also read them as text or download as podcasts.

The latest is a kindly look at approaching difficult decisions by allowing ourselves to dwell in the state of not knowing, letting go of our fixed ideas about the way life ought to be and facing the reality of what it is.

Next one is on 28th May
