Shakyajata in India

ShakyajataIndian StudentsShakyajata, an Order mem­ber from our centre, is cur­rently in India teach­ing young people.

She is a sup­porter of our sis­ter organ­isa­tion the TBMSG’s Dhamma and Social train­ing pro­gramme at Nagaloka in cent­ral India. Since the pro­gramme star­ted eight years ago, some four hun­dred young men and women from all over India have gradu­ated; many have returned home to begin Dhamma groups where they live.

Shakyajata and Priy­adaka, also from the UK and pre­vi­ously from the Manchester Sangha, are cur­rently on an exten­ded tour vis­it­ing many of them in their home towns and villages.

PriyadakaShakyajata and Priy­adaka are sup­port­ing them­selves on the visit but any sup­port you can give to the pro­ject they are involved with will be most wel­come — you can give online at http://www.justgiving.com/youngindianfutures and also read more about their activities
