Board of Trustees
The trustees are legally responsible for the running of the Centre. This includes Dharma and meditation teaching as well as the administration.
The trustees are:

- Dayamala (Chair)
Chair
As chair of the Manchester Buddhist Centre Dayamala is responsible for the Centre’s spiritual direction and integrity
Teaching
The Red Lotus Kula is responsible for the overall direction of teaching and events:

- Arthaketu
- Padmadarshini
- Dayamala
Centre Team
There are three part-time and three full-time staff:
- Suryaka Centre manager and maintenance
- Andrew Gorecki Administration
- Chandana Programme / teaching
- Dharmakasara Reception and shop
- Keith Green Fundraising and publicity
- Ratnagita Finance

Volunteers
We have many excellent volunteers who help the Centre run smoothly by supporting classes, working on reception, doing diy, cleaning, leafleting, fundraising and maintaining the facilities.
