  • See­ing through: open­ing to the pos­sib­il­ity of new ways of being with ourselves based in a deeper insight into our selves

About Para­man­anda

Para­man­anda is the author of the pop­u­lar books, Change Your Mind, A Deeper Beauty and The Art of Med­it­a­tion — The Body. He has been teach­ing med­it­a­tion for over twenty years and is well known for his relaxed and approach­able style of teach­ing. He lives in Lon­don and is cur­rently writ­ing a Phd on Meditation.
