About Paramananda
Paramananda is the author of the popular books, Change Your Mind, A Deeper Beauty and The Art of Meditation — The Body. He has been teaching meditation for over twenty years and is well known for his relaxed and approachable style of teaching. He lives in London and is currently writing a Phd on Meditation.
