Study the Dharma
After you have attended a Buddhism level 2 course, deepening your practice through studying in a small group may be right for you.
Dharma is a word that means not only the truth the Buddha realised through his awakening, but also his teachings which lead to this truth.
Foundation Study Course
This weekly ongoing course aims to give a thorough grounding in Dharma study and is for those who have a desire to put Buddhist teachings into practice in their life.
These groups are popular and often there is a waiting list. Phone our reception for further details.
