What to bring?
You don’t need to bring anything apart from yourself or wear anything special, but you might want some socks to keep your feet warm as we take our shoes off in the meditation halls.
Taking it Further
Buddhism level 2 courses
On completion of an introductory course, you can attend a further six-week level 2 course and then further courses to deepen your understanding of Buddhism
